Well, after 8 years of George Bush, it's almost time to move on. It's been an exciting time, full of war and treason and economic meltdowns and all other manner of cool stuff. But soon, whether we like it or not, it all must come to and end. We won't, to paraphrase a much more popular President, have George Bush to kick around any more.
So what is your favorite memory from the Bush years? What will you miss?
And please, don't be afraid to let it all out. It's what this group is for, after all: helping you to move on, to come to terms with your grief. To look to tomorrow with eyes unclouded by that sense of loss that we will all feel when Bush/Cheney walk out the doors of the White House for the absolute last time.
And let us not forget the words of the late, great Bill Hicks, always an eloquent, subtle speaker who is able to capture our true feelings with quiet grace.
